"The doctors are friendly, but the management is appalling. They failed to send a pregnant woman her urine sediment test results for a urinary tract infection. The doctor said they would be ready in an hour, but at reception they told you to check the results online (the website was down). You asked again, and they said, "Oh yes, the website won't be working until July, and the urine sediment test results actually take two hours." But you can call. You go back, call again, and they tell you not to worry, you'll receive the results by email at 4 PM. It's 5 PM and nothing has arrived, and we have to go to another emergency room now. We went to the emergency room at 10:20 AM. It's 5 PM now, there's no response, and they already told us they won't be answering tomorrow because of the holiday, haha. We have to go to another emergency room. CEMIC is highly recommended."

"I went to CEMIC for the first time for blood tests, and the experience was very good. I arrived early, and the check-in process was quick: you're checked in, wait in a short line, and they take your information without much delay. Then you go to another waiting area where they call you to do the lab tests. The nurses seem very experienced and were very friendly at all times. The place is very clean, tidy, and has a calming atmosphere. The blood draw was quick and professional. Afterward, they give you a coin for a coffee and a muffin, which is a nice touch. At the end, they give you a slip of paper with the estimated time for the results, which in my case they said was between 10 and 15 days (approximately two weeks). Overall, the whole process was efficient and well-organized. The center also has parking, which is a big plus. I went on a Saturday, so there was probably less demand, but the service was very good and efficient. Overall, it met my expectations, and it was a relaxing experience."
