"Really not impressed. I have a chronic illness that should very much be acknowledged prior to surgery, but I was given no guidance or understanding of how I could manage this disease prior to, during, or post surgery. I called the hospital multiple times to discuss this prior, but was fobbed off or given different instructions (none of which took into account my illness). I was given incorrect instructions. Only at 4pm the day prior did the hospital finally realise/acknowledge that my illness would impact my surgery, and was told the previous instructions were incorrect given my disease. I was not given sufficient post op info, which after questioning friends who had undergone the same procedure, they had all been informed of. I was not told or warned of any of these, and it was very concerning when these post op issues occurred."

"The receptionist at the front desk is very rude and dismissive. I came by asking for help to be directed to the right building for Douglas Hanly Pathology she’s just yelling at me that the address is on the counter. I advised her that’s the same address I have and am trying to get to and my maps directed me to her and If she could help direct to the right direction. Again just yelling at me. I told her don’t worry you’re not helpful and walked out. I don’t recommend going to a place that can’t simply help people that are just lost let alone health and wellbeing. Care starts from the front reception all the way through. Take your money and wellbeing elsewhere, that actually cares about you."

"I was really impressed by and thankful for the care I received from the medical staff at Central Sydney Private Hospital. Notably Mark and Julian who both eased my worries and concerns and ensured I was comfortable for my surgery. I was anxious for my op, and the staff turned the whole process into an absolute breeze! Highly recommend. Thanks so much everyone."
