"Hello, honestly, the service was a disaster. I called about a balloon treatment and they gave me an appointment with you, even though you don't offer that treatment. After requesting an appointment, they took a long time to respond to several complaints. Then they gave me an appointment for the 9th, and I told them it should be for the 16th. I reminded them three times, as they didn't confirm. I complained again, and they still hadn't processed the request. I really feel this isn't the right place for me. I regret having spent money on a consultation that wasn't what I needed and where nothing was resolved."
