"Unfortunately living from initial reputation and focusing on milking money. We were told some initial price and that everything was included, few weeks later a letter arrived asking for more money. When we went to complain their answer was "This is a private clinic, what did you expect?", so don't expect the best treatment here but the most expensive one. There are other good places that they will see you as a patient rather than bag of money"

"I can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful treatment I received at the Barraquer Centre and especially Dr Abengoechea who operated on my eye twice with such care. The post operative care was also excellent and both the doctor and his secretary were very attentive and informative."

"In general great attention and customer service, except for the 2nd floor reception on Feb 6th. The lady there clearly doesn't wan't to be there or help anyone. Her bad attitude, and disgusted manners are a terrible example of how to treat patients. If she had been my first contact O would've turn around and left without any procedure done. Incredible contrast with everyone else, as all other personnel are clearly helpful and nice."

"I visited them today and received the care I should have. I trust this institution for its humanity first, and based on my personal experience with them. I received some advice from the doctor I met today, which I will follow, and I have full confidence that this institution is humane at its core."

"Had a checkup and control yesterday. Very professional team whom are extremely efficient. Minimal waiting times and had 5 different steps at different parts of the building. By the time I left one they were waiting for me at the next. It gives the impression of running like a well oiled machine. A beautiful building as well. Gracias 🙏"
