"Excellent center, highly recommended. They always give appointments very quickly; you can request them via WhatsApp, through their website, or by calling, and they answer with almost no wait. The center is very clean and they work late (which is useful for getting appointments after work). All the professionals I saw were excellent and incredibly kind, especially Dr. Diez, Dr. Seguy, and Dr. Lavarello. I recommend them 100%."

"I've been going there for years, and the professionals are generally very good, but I'm giving them one star because of the TERRIBLE customer service and appointment system. No one answers the phone, no one answers WhatsApp, and the online appointment system is so bad it no longer recognizes the email address I've been using at the center for ten years. They know how to get your money, but then they do everything they can to avoid seeing you."

"Good morning. The phone service has a long wait, but they do eventually answer. Sometimes they don't answer after 10 minutes. WhatsApp is impossible to use. But my complaint is about the Axonico website. I haven't been able to use it for years because it shows zero appointments, zero appointments I've requested, etc. And I've been going to the Monserrat Medical Center since 2006."

"I can't get an appointment; the system is terrible. It's useless. They don't answer in person, they never reply to WhatsApp messages, they tell you to call and leave your number, and then two days later I got a recorded message to confirm or cancel an appointment I never even had. It's a joke. It's a shame because the professionals are excellent; they're forcing me to go somewhere else."
