As a result, I ended up with a perforated eardrum and internal bleeding, which was later confirmed by another healthcare professional. This is not a normal reaction to ear cleaning. Furthermore, after consulting with another specialist, I was informed that a general practitioner should not perform this type of procedure, as it requires specialized training and expertise. Not only did they fail to resolve the problem, but they also caused an injury that now requires further medical attention. For this reason, I do not consider it safe to return to this place, not even for a follow-up appointment. Negligent and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend it under any circumstances."
