"Imagine being in a wheelchair, trying to get into urgent care for a surgery you had there, and not being helped about when you arrive, somehow managed to get into the triage and then be left alone, then get the need to use the bathroom at a place not clearly design to be used for people with mobility issues, then the only person available to help you is another patient passing by. It's such a shame that all of this happened here, where I have yet to get medical attention for my urgent needs."

We have a prepaid plan in Colombia, and this clinic's customer service feels like you're in a third-world country. There isn't enough staff, rooms, beds, or seats. This clinic is very misleading; they boast about the latest technology, but in reality, it's just a fancy building with some machines. You won't get the attention you need here. It took 5 hours to find a doctor just to sign the release of a patient. STAY AWAY !"

If you get bitten by a a stray in cali they will tell you you don’t need the rabies vaccine even though all the doctors in the developed world say it needs to be done in a country where rabies is endemic… then you wait hours an hours to see a doctor on a chair in my friend’s case, from 2pm to 11 pm with no bed available and barely any communication. One person says you can’t drink or eat all day but 9 hours later said she could but they don’t even have a bottle of water to give you?!?!? You have to go down to the cafeteria! What kind of hospital is it?!?!? I mean if it were free I’d understand but it’s not. It’s actually quite pricey but it’s substandard care. They need to get their act together, it’s a disgrace!"
