"I had an amazing experience at this hospital! From the initial testing appointments to the surgery day, everything was perfect! The surgical team, anaesthesia and all the staff and nurses were so professional and caring! The room is also large and comfortable, the meals provided were tailored to my diet. I would highly recommend to anyone!"

"Complete incompetence and a total rip-off. I made an appointment at this clinic for an examination regarding a possible hernia. The doctor being friendly, was unfortunately the only positive aspect. The secretary did not pass on my medical history, which I had sent by email, to the doctor. This was followed by an echogram. I had to wait longer than others; the echogram lasted two minutes, and after waiting for my results, I was not given a folder containing them like other patients, but was told that they were in the ‘system’. When I saw the doctor, she too had to search for them in the system. I was then brushed off with the excuse that they had no specialists or a traumatologist at the facility. Consequently, I requested my results and, as is standard in any medical institution, expected to receive a link with a login via email. According to the secretary, this wasn’t possible via email; I had to download an app, but the app wasn’t compatible with my phone. I was then directed to the patient enquiries department, where the phone was first hung up on me and I subsequently received an email with some documents to fill. This was followed by silence and still no results. After another email, I received a CD in the post, a disc containing the results, and that in the year 2026. According to the GDPR, results must be provided in a conventional, readable format; this is very outdated. One can only hope that their robotic surgery department does no date back to the same era. I still haven’t succeeded in visualising the results and therefore conclude that they can be regarded as sloppily executed, non-existent or lost. Furthermore, I am receiving spam emails from this clinic offering the chance to win an iPhone 17. The hyperlink redirects to an unsafe webpage, raising again significant concerns about how patient data is handled, both in terms of communications and internally."
