"I had serious surgery at this center on Tuesday. I have nothing but words of gratitude for these professionals, from the surgeons to all the medical staff. The surgeon visited me before and for a few days after the operation. The food, considering it's hospital food, isn't bad at all. I've attached photos. However, the restaurant gets a big fat zero. Companions who have no choice but to eat there have to pay a fortune for a normal meal. Even 5 euros for a sandwich that fits in the palm of your hand."

"During the day, the nurses were fantastic, no complaints whatsoever. The problems started as soon as night fell. My partner had recently undergone surgery on his nasal septum and turbinates, and the pain that comes with it is quite intense as the area begins to heal. During the night, we rang the call button a couple of times to ask a nurse to come and give my partner pain medication. The first time, we waited for 10 minutes, and when no one came, I went to reception. To my surprise, there were four nurses or nursing assistants chatting and laughing. When I mentioned that we had called 10 minutes earlier and no one had come, one of them said, "Oh, that's right, I was in the bathroom when you called and I forgot!" Right in front of me... 5 minutes later, they came to the room. This was around 2:00 AM. The second time, it was around 7:00 AM. The same thing happened: we called and waited and waited, but nothing. At 7:30 AM, I left the room while my partner waited, bleeding and in a lot of pain. I went to reception and it was the same story: about six people chatting and laughing. I explained the situation, and they all just stared at me, waiting for who knows what, and then replied, "Okay, we'll be right there." Which took another half hour! When the nurse finally came in, her first comment was, "Wow, so much blood! I'll get you something now." We waited for an hour... I find the service disappointing, and it's even more disappointing that it's in a private center where people supposedly pay for "better" care than in the public system... Adding to this, the cafeteria staff were incredibly unfriendly. This is just the tip of the iceberg, but they could be a little nicer to people. Nobody wants to be in a hospital, let alone be treated like they're doing them a favor. The prices deserve a whole other paragraph. It's shameful that you have to pay so much just to accompany a relative, €12 for a measly bikini sandwich... and parking... it's all money, money, money, and then they treat you like this... well, that's what you get for complaints. Thank you!!"

"Not a single thing works minimally well there. Useless call center, undertrained professionals and unnaceptable delays."

"I have never seen a worse place. Wait 3 hours for a consultation for 200€ and still not get it. If you respect yourself and your time, don't even consider this clinic. I wanted to have an operation here, 10,000€ is not a small amount of money for ordinary people. I am a person who has money and who is ready to pay, but such an attitude at the beginning makes it clear what will happen next. A clinic for suckers! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! There are much better places in Spain.. health to all"
