"They're forcing patients to endure excruciating wait times. I arrived very early in the morning for an ultrasound and consultation, and while waiting to pay (December 17, 2025), there were about 10 patients ahead of me on the waiting list, but only one counter was open for payment. There were originally four. In this large hospital with a huge number of patients and doctors, does it make sense to have to scramble through just one counter for billing, registration, and other things? They treat all patients as money, and they're accepting unlimited new patients. Is this the kind of facility they can't handle? The wait time for my husband to have his sperm drawn was so outrageous that I was really worried. I guess they're overworked because they're famous as an infertility clinic... I don't know where to submit my opinion, so I'm leaving it here. 1. Please computerize payment processing so that if you can't pay at the payment counter, you can do it via mobile. This is the equivalent of a car. 2. Why can't I receive any information about the number of embryos retrieved or created during the retrieval process, even via text message, and can only hear about it during a consultation 10-12 days later? Unlike other hospitals, I'm puzzled by their complete secrecy and obscurity of this process. I have a reasonable suspicion that they're hiding this information because they're not confident that problems can arise during the intermediate stages managed by the hospital. A few months ago, I saw a "My Embryo Status" option in the app menu, so I thought it was finally here. But months later, the feature still hasn't been added. Oh, MRL shares all the information about the intermediate stages and even prints embryo photos before transfer. Their service is on a whole other level compared to Cha Hospital. I commute by car from Seoul Station. Please improve this."

"The worst."

"My experience with Cha Fertility Center at Seoul Station was and has been excellent. The facility provided an English-speaking advisor (she really was an absolute life saver in terms of being available to meet me, answer my questions, and guide me through the entire process from my first appointment through egg transfer... I might have given up at times without her!). As a patient who was down to one ovary and had extremely low AMH numbers, my doctor, Dr. Lee, was both professional and matter of fact with me during our clinic times, taking time to answer my questions in depth, being realistic with me, and compassionate in surgery. I still don't know the final results, but either way, I would definitely recommend the services of this clinic. I would advise that it is a large facility, so you might feel overwhelmed at first. However, stick with it; the efficiency with which the clinic is run speaks to the precision and professionalism of the staff across the board."

"English in below 의사가 영어도 전혀 못 하고 환자를 돈으로만 보는 병원 최악이에요. I will never recommend this hospital. Firstly, the doctors don’t or can’t speak English at all. Secondly, during the ultrasound, they pushed my belly very hard without notice. Lastly, I needed to wait so long to see the doctor although I made my reservation for the earliest time. I have seen lots of different gynecologists in many other countries in my life and this was the worst experience visiting this hospital."

"People here have been nothing but professional and courteous about what is a very serious business. No, they don't speak great English. Get over it. You'll probably need a guide to ensure it's a smooth experience. There are lots of monitors beeping to call your name and it can be difficult if not dizzying to keep track as a foreigner. They cater to primarily Koreans, go figure. This place is Always packed, and these nurses, doctors, and assistants work around the clock and incredibly hard. Clearly they provide a great service. We've visit about a dozen times."
