"I know it must depend on the time of the day and many other circumstances, but our experience was great. Just half an hour waiting time with a full waiting room, and (english speaking) doctors who actually looked like they cared about you."

"I'm a doctor myself and really shocked following an emergency E R trip from a family member. No hand wash in the toilets (completely empty per picture), no staff when you enter, you have to buzz for someone and then they refuse to talk to you or answer your questions. I was really worried about a family member and took a flight out to see them and arrive and they just ignore you despite them asking to let me see them. Really shocked at the standard of this place. It would not be acceptable at the hospital I work at"

"I arrived at the hospital on my own, went to the emergency room, within 2-3 hours, I was given all the tests, an ultrasound, and explained what to do next. Everything was very polite and professional. They spoke English well with me. Thanks to the doctors and nurses!!"

"I had a surgery there and everything was so nice. Every appointment prior to the surgery, everyone was helpful, the staff was friendly also throughout the period after my surgery. I really couldn’t have wished for a better hospital. Yes, the food wasn’t the best, but honestly I was at a hospital not in a 5 star restaurant. It was completely fine."
