"Overall, the experience was terrible. Doctors have extensive experience and provide excellent care. The admin and reception staff was rude not provided proper information recently I visited hospital for my mom check up I reached hospital @ 9 am doctor busy with other locations he mentioned he will be back on 1 pm request me for waiting I agreed but doct came around 4.30pm I asked for reception after 1.00 pm she mentioned doctor reach next 15 minutes. I kept checking every 30 minutes, and they said he was on his way, which may take up to 15 minutes. Finally, I said that I needed to go, so reception called the doctor, who spoke with me and requested 20 minutes to visit."

"Our experience here was so worse. My father was admitted here for two days and the third day we have to discharge from the hospital around 11 am in the morning. When we asked the duty doctors they were like the doctor has to come and check but they didnt inform this before and even the staffs are really rude. My mom said my daughters are waiting from the morning since you said the discharge is at 11 am .. one of their staffs replied like who asked them to come ... Seriously is this a way that they reply ... Already the families coming here would be in very low state of mind ... These people working here are making it even more worse ... Untill u pay the money they will treat you nice ."
