"I was turned away from receiving treatment because I did not have enough photocopies of documents. I saw they did it to the elderly, disabled and very sickly patients, who had no choice but to pay extra. Very ridiculous, that when other patients would enter and see the scene that these patients were complaining, they would immediately stop. Even our government offices are far way more better at handling this. You'll frequently see that their photocopier is always bogged down and broken because it's trying to print the needs of the entire hospital. How much really was the red-tape? There are many good doctors in this hospital. But hopefully, they won't get affected by the actions of these poor individuals. Their lack of real anonymous complaint channels does not make it safe for anyone who would like to voice out their grievances."

"Had a very good experience at Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center. The staff were accommodating, respectful, and attentive to patients’ needs. Doctors and nurses explained everything clearly and provided quality care. The facilities were clean and organized. Thank you for the excellent service and dedication! Plus there’s a free consultation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"It was my first time yesterday to visit Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center for my Heart Cardiac Nuclear Laboratory as request by Dr. Shia. This was actually requested 2024, however, since I was busy attending to my mother with Stage 4 Breast Cancer, this was not pushed through. A few weeks ago, based on the recommendation of may cardio, it was only St. Luke BGC, Asian Hospital and Chinese General Hospital who can accommodate the Nuclear Laborary. At first I called Asia Hospital but their trunk line was so busy and I managed to try contacting them 2x. For St Lukes BGC, they were able to answer but the schedule is not timing to my leave, which is June 18. Lastly, I called Chinese General Hospital and low and behold they can accommodate me on my leave, which is June 19 at 8am. When I called, the staff is very nice and accommodating to my request. Then on June 19 I arrived 15 minutes before 8am, actually I was there before the clinic opened. Ms. Rose – the nurse who attended me was very helpful and accommodating as well and she even asked where I worked. And she even told the other staff to get vehicle where I am working. The procedure was from 8am to 12nn and it was really on time. The interns, the Radio Technologist, Dra. Arguelles, the staff and the others were so nice and I really admire their passion for their work."
