"The staff are very, very friendly and trying their best, but unfortunately there are far too few of them! I've been waiting since this morning for my surgery, which has just been canceled. For my optional dinner, I was given lukewarm water for tea and a packet of instant soup. 😫😫 The bed hasn't been adjustable since noon today... unfortunately, there's no staff to adjust it. 😫😫 I just hope the surgery goes better tomorrow and that there's more staff there than on the ward. I really feel sorry for the nurses and orderlies."
