"I highly recommend Citmer Clinic .It is the best Clinic I have ever dealt with . I have a little girl thanks to Dr. Lina villar .Thank you so much Dr. Lina for your great efffort . I have been married for 11 years and I tried IVF in many centers but it was useless , till I knew Citmer Clinic and Dr. Lina Villar. Dr. Lina filled me with hope, she always attended me with a lot of professionalism, dedication and respect, every time I needed her, she was there without any delay, always attentive giving me the appropriate instructions for each procedure until my dream of being a mother was achieved. I put all my faith in her. So if you want to go to Dr.Lina Villar , don't hesitate, I recommend her 100%."

"When your entire process is about to end, you're no longer indispensable to them and they stop attending to you... they change your schedule, but if for some reason you can't make it, they don't reschedule your appointment... they're good while you're paying, but once the contract ends, they don't treat you well anymore"

"I did a round of egg freezing here and it was great experience! Doctor Lina Villar answered all my questions and supported me through the entire process. She was very detailed, informative and knowledgeable. Her team has also been very caring and supportive. Highly recommend them to help have children."

"This clinic is not as prepared as a clinic like Ingenes to support their international English speaking patients. Dr. Lina, although very nice, expects you to know and understand complicated steps to injections without any super clear, step by step, in English videos to support you. I’m not a nurse, and don’t mind injecting myself even though it’s scary, but sent me home with loose instructions on how to move one medication from one syringe to another empty syringe, and when i couldn’t figure out how to do it and messed it up, Dr. Lina said “when you have a baby, you’re going to have to learn how to do all this stuff because you might have to do it to your baby”. Ummmmmmmmm yeah, what does that have to do with the fact that you sent me home with a finite amount of medication that if i mess it up and improperly spill the medication it messes up my whole plan? Why couldn’t you have prepped the half dose syringes for me? Why don’t you have clear do’s and dont’s in an English video to show me how to do this for the first time? Why didn’t you send me home with extra in case for the learning curve? When i got off the phone with her, i couldn’t believe she had actually told me it was my fault and that I’m going to have to learn this one day for my baby. Yeah, duh, and I’ll buy extras and ask my doctor for extras while i learn just in case."
