"I was admitted due to a severe asthma attack, the first one like it that I have ever had. The staff took very good care of me for four days. They were kind and personable as well as efficient once a better treatment plan was devised. The only negative aspect of my stay (other than the illness itself) was the food. Because I was also on a heart healthy diet, my choices were very limited and extremely bland."

"While the institution is well established, my experience was below expectations. I arrived on time with my 6-year-old son but had to wait for approximately one hour. The consultation itself felt rushed, lasting around five minutes. When I asked the doctor whether I should be concerned about my son’s condition, the doctor responded briefly using medical terminology and mentioned literally: I should be the one concerned about my equipment as your son is touching it while he was busy typing and absolutely not engaged or interested. After requesting clarification, a nurse was asked to translate into Arabic, which I found uncomfortable and impersonal as my issue was not the language barrier rather than an understandable simple language not medical. Overall, the interaction felt hurried, and I would have appreciated more engagement, explanation, and time dedicated to addressing my concerns."

"I flew all the way from Canada to see the head rheumatologist at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and I was extremely impressed with both the hospital and the overall service. Upon arrival, there was plenty of free parking, and we were taken to the VIP lounge for international patients, which was truly impressive. We were offered coffee and dates before my ambassador guided me to the rheumatology department. The nurse I met was very attentive and efficient, quickly inputting my medical information into the system. When I met with the doctor, he was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The hospital itself is stunning, almost like a luxury hotel, with breathtaking views of the water surrounding Al Maryah Island. The environment is so peaceful that it really helps take away any anxiety you might have. This is top-notch care combined with an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi to anyone seeking world-class medical care."

"I highly recommend Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. The facility itself is a state of art. It's very clean. The staffs are very knowledgeable and courteous. The doctors (special mention to Dr Rashmi Kumar and Dr Malini Sharma) and nurses are excellent in their field of work. Though the doctors schedules is a bit tight its understandable because of the demands. They have an app that requesting for meds, appointments and even seeing lab results very convenient."
