"Very poor customer service. The sales and marketing materials for the executive health program did not accurately reflect what was provided (or the qualification and designation of staff). Over all a very disappointing experience and when I raised my concerns I was lied to and gaslight."

"I have tried to get an appointment with a dietician at this clinic and have found the experience to be so challenging I’m giving up and looking elsewhere. The lack of communication has been both disappointing and surprising. I have had a great experience with massage and chiropractic at the midtown clinic but since they don’t offer nutrition assessments I thought I would try the downtown clinic. Clearly that was a bad decision. I will look elsewhere."

"All aspects of the visit were excellent. Quick, accurate and friendly. scan request was sent to me and I was able to get my knee taken care of even though I live in different Province."

"From scheduling the appointment to seeing Dr. Ira Smith, the whole experience was pretty bad. The doctor basically told me that this type of injury “just takes time” (and that it happens to a lot of basketball players—even though I’m not one), didn’t seem to give it much importance, and moved on. Honestly, not what I was expecting, especially since I’ve been in pain for three months. I thought there would at least be some kind of treatment or next steps. I’m now with a different physician who is actively treating me and has put a recovery plan in place. This was a referral from my family doctor, but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"The whole team is incredible from the moment I step into reception. Everyone is warm, friendly and accommodating. I always feel heard and seen - no matter which service I use. I wish all medical care was this good."
