"Dr Bethge is a highly competent and professional plastic surgeon in my experience. She is clearly at the top of her game and has many patients while managing her responsibilities at multiple facilities, but she still treats you like you are her top priority. She is friendly and takes time to listen and understand what you need rather than coming up with a standard list of recommendations. She believes in minimalism and natural looks - which is a rare value in her industry. In the operating room, she has sure hands and a cheerful attitude. I am also really pleased with the clinic. "I had a truly disappointing and borderline negligent experience here. I came in for Botox to treat crow’s feet, around the mouth, and some jawline softening. I’ve had this done before by top-tier doctors like Dr. Ben Talei, so I know what proper care looks like. When I arrived, I overheard the assistant tell Dr. Rippmann I speak English. He audibly sighed, then entered with a cold, dismissive attitude. He barely looked at my face, rushed through the injections without any consultation or mapping, and walked out without a word. The entire process was careless and sloppy. The results were exactly what I feared: over-frozen expression, crooked smile, lifted brows, and tension in my neck, likely due to poor injection placement. I felt ignored, mistreated, and deeply regretful. I returned for a follow-up with Dr. Bethge , who kept me waiting for ages and offered no real help -just negative commentary about aging and a €200 discount on more treatments. No acknowledgment of the harm done, no care or responsibility. Just a sales pitch. And keep this in mind: this clinic also performs invasive surgeries on the face and body. If this is how they handle Botox, would you really trust them with a scalpel? What’s worse, many critical reviews like mine were up last year -reviews from patients saying they were botched or mistreated, and they’ve since been removed. I believe they’re paying to have honest reviews taken down, which is unethical and dangerous. When it comes to your body and your face, you deserve transparency, not PR spin. The medical aesthetics world is small. Word gets around. It’s astonishing how little they seem to care about long-term reputation or patient well-being. This kind of treatment is not just unprofessional, it’s unacceptable. If this review disappears, you’ll know why."

"I experienced a very negative reaction to a Hydrafacial performed at this clinic. While I understand that adverse reactions can occasionally occur, I was not informed of this possibility beforehand. I returned to the clinic and was given a prescription cream to address the reaction. However, after seeking a second opinion from a dermatologist, I was advised not to use the prescribed product, as it could potentially worsen the issue."
