I should mention I only speak English and they have a dedicated staff member to talk you through everything. I had an online zoom meeting and was booked in for a couple of weeks later. I got to Brno for the pre examinations, everything was explained to me in detail and I understood. Two days later was my operation and everything went smoothly.
