"Very poor service. We went to the emergency room for childbirth care at approximately 10:00 AM on February 24th. They told us there were no beds available and that we would be transferred to another hospital. Finally, on the 25th, around 3:00 PM, they informed us that a transfer to Clínica Palermo had been arranged. We were taken by ambulance, but upon arrival at Clínica Palermo, they told us we had no referral and that we would have to start the process all over again. Essentially, Clínica Colombia diplomatically removed us from the clinic under false pretenses."
