"This place, from the parking attendant to the receptionists at Colsanitas, has terrible customer service. You can wait in line for 10 minutes and miss your appointment, even if you tell these women you've arrived. They don't care if you have a baby in your arms; they just waste your time. Or, when you arrive early, the doctor can take 40 minutes and not even call you. It's awful."

"If I could enter zero, I would. They entered the wrong vaccination information, and now I can't access my vaccination certificate properly. They confused people and haven't given me any answers. I have all three doses, and these people uploaded someone else's information. THIS IS AN ABUSE AND AN ACT OF TOTAL NEGLIGENCE."

"Atención médica profesional con laboratorios para toma de.muestras. Recomendable solicitar cita para ser atendido rápidamente. Bien organizado y respetuoso con los pacientes. Si no conoce la rutina de ingreso, el guardia en la puerta se convierte en un guía para el correcto ingreso. Cuenta con un parqueadero próximo en el mismo edificio, con una rampa de acceso bastante pronunciada que requiere seguir las instrucciones para evitar accidentes con los vehículos que puedan salir del parqueadero, o para no quedar colgado en medio de la rampa por otros vehículos que estén siendo registrados al ingreso."
