"A TERRIBLE, INHUMANIZED CLINIC. Childbirth is a grueling ordeal. They used labor induction as an excuse, without justifiable reasons, subjecting women to a lengthy process where they are left alone without a companion, with visitation rights during set hours, but only for 5 to 20 minutes at most. The stretcher spaces are separated by curtains where they leave a sheet, and the cold is unbearable. THEY DO NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE HUMANIZED BIRTH PLAN, or they use their own plan but only to their own advantage. It's unbelievable how they have normalized leaving women alone on their MOST IMPORTANT day, with a mountain of medication, lying down without the right to walk or move from the stretcher. They normalize all this treatment, they normalize unjustified inductions. It's as if we were little animals separated by curtains waiting for our turn. It's a shame that they normalize these kinds of practices. And by the way, they schedule appointments for one time but attend to women two hours or more later than scheduled. Please stop normalizing all these things and respect the natural process of childbirth and the humanized birth plan. I would never recommend attending a birth at this clinic."

"The clinic's response is, "We regret what happened, we're sorry, we appreciate your feedback for improvement." Improve what? The service is terrible. If I could give it zero stars, I would. They haven't improved at all; even their responses to comments are negligent. Have they looked into the cases to see what's really going on? Why are so many people dissatisfied? What's happening with the clinic's medical staff? Why do years go by and things stay the same or get worse? They just feel superior because, according to them, they're "saving lives." Professional ethics are sorely lacking. Leave your arrogance and ego at home; that doesn't save lives, it only demonstrates a lack of humanity, respect, and professionalism. We demand dignified treatment, which is our right, not mediocre and contrived responses to pretend they're responding. An apology doesn't undo a botched procedure or a misdiagnosis, nor does it bring back a life, gentlemen."

"When good things happen, we have to say it. The Colsubsidio clinic on the highway turned out to be the best option for our family in terms of hospitalization and care. We've been referred to this clinic twice now by our EPS (health insurance provider). What a surprise! 😸 Excellent care from all the staff in every area. Thank you, it was a very good experience. They're lacking some equipment, but the tests are done at other locations, and the transportation is excellent. Thanks again! 👏👏👏"

"They provide excellent service. All the nursing and medical staff are very professional, kind, compassionate, and judicious. Although most are quite young, they have formed a great team. From what I saw, they specialize in all aspects of gallbladder and appendix surgeries, and of course, childbirth. I was very pleased with the service. The only thing they should improve is the food they serve to patients. That chayote at breakfast, lunch, and dinner is incredibly repetitive and unappetizing. It makes you not want to eat a bite. My sincere thanks."

"I’m a Canadian who just recently had birth to my child here. Expected terrible service but this was shocking to me. There is no order or consistency In this hospital for women to give birth. Understaffed and retarded staff. All the staff is rude and don’t treat no one with respect, including the security staff who let you in. I was approved by the hospital to be with my partner at time of birth to be by her side and cut the umbilical cord. They did not even bother letting me know until the baby was already born. Then did not even let me hold the baby after it was born or even see my partner until 11 hours later, meanwhile she’s in pain and stressing since I wasn’t there. I highly recommend finding another hospital for birth of your child."
