"Several times I wait for 1 - 2 hour + for an appointment booked with more than a month notice. I recommend that if there are these type of 1 and 2 hour delays is a good practice to communicate it so that the patient can adapt their schedule. It is understandable to have a delay but I don't understand that there is no way to see it coming and let us know so that we can make good use of our time."

"I am extremely disappointed in this clinic. I was there for the first time and it will definitely be my last visit to this clinic. I encountered arrogance and rudeness there, starting with the wait that was scheduled for an hour and I waited a lot longer, until the discussion with the cardiologist. The doctor jokingly talked about my problem and dared to compliment me like, "You are too thin for my tastes," I had the impression that I did not talk to a doctor, but I went to a casting to choose a bride. I paid 103 euros to talk about something that was not on topic. If your health is dear to you, do not go here"

"Horrible and confusing reception experience compared to all other CUF Hospitals. The ticket machine won’t allow you to receive a ticket directly to the cabinet. Instead, you’d need to queue at a vey small reception where they serve just a few couple people per 30 min. You’ll definitely miss your appointment time. No one speaks good English (must have for a private clinic with a high number of foreign patients). Not recommend at all"

"As any other CUF, it was very mediocre and proved that no serious help and approach should be expected at CUF. Doctors and administrators are negligent and this will one day just result in your condition getting worse, money and time wasted. I am submitting my experience with them to ERS, this is how bad it was."

"I have been going to cuf for any small or big health issues for more than 3 years. There were times I have waited for more than an hour to see the doctor even with the appointment. Never complained. But when we are late for 10mins, we have been asked to reschedule. I know doctors time is very important. So even ours. We have our own set of things to take care. There should be a leniency level set for the patients as well since it takes time and effort to book the appointment, wait for our futre appointment date, travel and reach there. After waiting for a week and reaching at the clinic 10mins late I have been asked to reschedule. Disappointed."
