"In my experience, it has been a very bad experience with them. Honestly, if it were up to me, I would never go there, but I have to because I was referred by my EPS (health insurance provider). It has been impossible to contact them to schedule an orthoptics appointment for my 7-month-old baby. You can call very early in the morning or stay on the phone all day hoping they might answer, but the reality is quite different. The operator always answers and then hangs up after a while. The service is truly terrible."

"The service was terrible. We had an appointment at 12:15 pm and weren't seen because the consultant billed us at 12:15. The worst part was when the assistant came out and said the "doctor" had to leave. Then I billed for the other two tests so the same thing wouldn't happen again, and they told me I couldn't leave because they might call me. They called us at 5:00 pm (the time of my appointment) for a test that took five minutes. The doctors and the people who perform the tests have no respect for their patients. If you can choose another place, do it; don't put yourself at risk."

"I liked the care my mother received during the angiography; the problems I had were with the health insurance provider, Famisanar. But overall, I liked the clinic. I would only give one recommendation: when scheduling appointments via WhatsApp, you have to be careful."

"It's a complete rip-off. On that WhatsApp service, you have to choose several options only to be told in the end that there are no appointments available with any professionals, that you should keep trying, or that you should join the waiting list (which apparently is endless). They never answer calls, and they always go straight to voicemail. What a lack of empathy for senior citizens and for people who urgently need an appointment due to their advanced visual health."

"The staff at the front desk and appointments desk are incompetent. First, I mentioned that the doctor had told me the follow-up appointment after surgery was free, but they made me pay 260,000 pesos. Then, I arrived well in advance of my appointment, and the woman who dilates pupils, instead of telling me to come back in an hour or two, dilated my pupils immediately, and it took three hours for the doctor to see me. Even paying doesn't guarantee you won't escape their incompetence. It's better to find another clinic than to ruin your day and wait without them even bothering to tell you what the delay is—just excuses and incompetent people wasting patients' time."
