"My experience here was awful. After visiting all clinics where surgery was performed, this was my worse experience. Dr. Alvaro Echeverri Bustamante was very rude and unprofessional. He did not let my mom accompany me into the room for my evaluation, this only happened here. He did everything very rushed without taking the time to examine me properly and with accuracy. When I asked him about the different prices of the surgery, he scolded me and told me that if I was there looking for something cheap, it was not the place, he said that they had sold some of their machines to other places, so I could go there and get a cheap surgery, it was completely inappropriate and unnecessary. This is very important an pd decisive information and I was not trying to get anything cheap, in fact I paid for the most expensive surgery there was at the clinic I chose after, but the approach the doctor took, was very rude. After all that bad treatment, he gave me my results and it was clear that he did not do it right. He concluded that my prescription was equal in both eyes, which it has never been, and of course wasn’t at that time and he gave me a way higher prescription than I actually had. This is dangerous and embarrassing. I don’t think he should be allowed to keep working if he cannot give accurate and appropriate consultations and results. It is a shame that this doctor brings down the clinic and I think he should be evaluated and reassessed. Awful experience, would not recommend."

"Complex process for appointment a call center calls you for appointment and not confirms the appointment now you arrives and must make a line to request a ticket NOW you have to wait for your turn to PAY for appointment!!! in conclusion it is not the appropriate place to have consultancy of medical issues. I really do suggest different places for real medical appointments"
