"Terrible service, they're very strict about appointments, and they can make you wait up to three hours even with an appointment! And they don't tell you where to go or anything. I requested the test results by email, and they said they'd be in my email within 24 hours, but it's been two weeks and I still haven't received anything. We'll see about the billing department since it can't be done online!"

"Terrible service. I paid for a medical summary and they only gave me two thick sheets of paper, with no updates on consultations, treatment plan, medication, etc. Everything they know very well should be in a medical record or a copy of the patient's file, as required by NOM and COFEPRIS regulations. It took 15 days and everything was wrong: terrible printing, with smudges, no date, no color, and spelling mistakes! I had to request a daily injection, and the doctor's attitude when providing a certificate was awful; it seemed like he didn't like providing service. In general, all the staff whispered amongst themselves when asked for something; it seemed like they didn't want to do any work. No one solves anything. They all said to go to the complaints and suggestions office in Coyoacán, but they don't solve anything there either. I will be filing a complaint with COFEPRIS."

"Regarding the doctors' care, it was excellent! My comment is for the optician and refraction service. I've worn glasses for 15 years, so I'm familiar with the process. The service was good, but when I got my glasses, I couldn't see and knew something was wrong. I gave myself a couple of days to adjust and went back to the clinic because I still couldn't see well, explaining that I saw better with my previous glasses. They took their time examining me, and seemed a bit skeptical. They told me my glasses prescription was incorrect, made by the lab that manufactured them. They honored the warranty, which I disagree with because it was their mistake, and after only four months, the frames are already peeling. I didn't want to buy them from a commercial store because they're supposed to be the experts."

"When we went to pick up our glasses, the receptionist gave us a small bag containing a $100 bill and told me it had fallen out and they'd stuck it back on with our glasses order form. I was so surprised! Congratulations to the staff at that branch! The only downside is that the signs display the hours, but during the week they only serve customers until 4 pm and on Saturdays until 12 pm. Other than that, everything was great at the branch!"

Cero recomendados."
