"Friendly but inefficient staff. The treatment for my ailing eye went well; there were results. However, when I got my glasses prescription, I asked for progressive lenses, and they were terrible—very bad, worse than if I had no glasses at all. Straight ahead, only straight ahead, is fine, but I can't look to the sides or upwards because my vision is much blurry, and looking downwards is even worse. I wanted them to correct the lenses, but the doctor said no, that he couldn't perform miracles. A complete failure and a total loss. I absolutely do not recommend them. If anything goes wrong, say goodbye to your money and time; they will not take responsibility or offer any solution."
