"Terrible guest visitor parking experience, what a hell. The attendants who directed us down at first and then said it was full! We had to go back up with difficulty, 20 minutes. Waste of time in the wrong parking lot."

"My recent experience at this medical facility was incredibly disappointing. Despite paying for the premium plan, the service was incredibly slow and disorganized, and the communication was almost non-existent. The nurses and security staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, making the already stressful situation even worse. We had to ask multiple times for updates on the patient's health status, and even then, we were met with angry faces and a lack of information. It took hours before we were given a decent status update, which was an awful experience. I hope that this facility can improve their customer service and communication skills to better serve their patients in the future."

"By far this is the worst medical center in the whole city, there is plenty of discriminatory treatment, doctors don't care about patients and client service is non-existent, when travelling and in need of medical treatment DO NOT COME HERE."
