"My son was referred from HPTU, and honestly, we had a great experience at this clinic, except for the fact that you arrive by referral and have to go through the emergency room again, go through the triage process again, and wait for a room. It was tough for us because our son was already hospitalized at the other facility. Starting the process all over again to get a room assigned was a nightmare (I directly blame SURA for their mismanagement and telling us we already had a room assigned when we didn't). Once in the ward, the nurses greet you very warmly. The room was quite comfortable and spacious for my son, but not so much for me because the sofa bed is old and sagging, and I slept uncomfortably. Otherwise, everything was excellent: the care, the food, and the cleanliness of the place. The only downside: there's no air conditioning, and it gets very hot. Otherwise, it's a reliable place where you'll be in good hands."

"Excellent service, orthopedic emergency care, and treatment for fractures. Pediatric care and general emergencies are provided. The infrastructure is old in the city, but the equipment is modern, the staff is highly qualified, and the facility is maintained with high-quality hygiene."

"The human treatment is excellent, at least from the emergency room onwards; that has been my experience. It takes anywhere from 3 to 10 hours to get into triage, but once inside they do everything to help you."

"Busy place. Have to admit is organized and precise on appointments. Is an old building, but is kept clean as can be and is efficient, have all specialists and have served well for years. God bless its nuns ( nuns owned and operated )"
