From the moment I arrived, the person at the front desk, an elderly gentleman, didn't project the image of security one would expect, as his role seemed limited to simply opening and closing the door. Despite arriving early, the reception desk was unattended. The person in charge arrived practically at the same time as my scheduled surgery, and the process was rushed. I wasn't given enough time to sign the informed consent forms, which is concerning. Additionally, one of the nurses was quite rough in her manner, making the experience uncomfortable at a time when one expects care and empathy."
