"No staff , in any hospital should be allowed to use their phones while on duty. Especially in an ICU ward. Pay attention to the patient NOT your damn phones. You're there to work. All mobile phones should be banned during working hours for all staff in every business and more so in hospitals."
"The attention was great, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, took me about 35 minutes to be admitted, but I was already advised that the unit was really busy today, no complaints from the care team it was a great experience overall"
