"Hard to rate the private and expensive facility where no one speaks English and the doctors are rushing with the decision “I don’t know but you are fine”. They gave us an injection from paracetamol and said “must be some virus” and sent us home. No explanation no follow up, take a paracetamol, pay the bill and go home. Unfortunately we had to visit again. The new doctor only confirmed my fears. Poorly educated in medicine, very highly educated in drugs and giving them to people to check them out as quickly as possible. A shame because 1 extra star for the facility. It is beautiful but the staff and doctors not worth it."

"Service very low. If we dont ask for information, nobody inform anything. We can wait hours to have news about a surgery results before someone comes a update you. The blond lady in the restaurant seems stressed and not supper friendly to serve you. Bref. Some effort and improvements to be done in term os service."

"My 80 year old grandmother Miryam Gloria Malagon suffered from a fracture & and a dislocated left arm because of a fall. This clinic hasn't treated Miryam even though her insurance said that the expenses would be covered. The clinic had stated that they would make petitions to other hospitals that accepts EPS. However, little did they know, we have connections from the inside that were able to verify that they did not submit the petitions. Instead, being money hungry, they said that the hospitals are not accepting more patients and were coercing my grandmother into paying 50 million pesos out of pocket cash just for the deposit so that they will treat her. They have violated laws that have been explained by letter. This institution violates human rights as well as abuse/negligence of the elderly. Miryam still awaits treatment as of 3 days while in pain from a fractured & dislocated arm."
