"Fui paciente desta Clínica há 12 anos atrás e como o tratamento de PMMA ainda é muito restrito e arriscado, resolvi marcar uma consulta para avaliar algum procedimento facial, porém fui informado que deveria pagar o valor de 800,00, o que recusei imediatamente, porém me informaram que eu poderia abater o valor no procedimento a ser efetuado, mas para agendar teria que pagar 50%, fiz o pagamento e no dia 16/01 fiz o pagamento restante de 50%, confiante que os procedimentos estariam dentro do meu orçamento, porém ao ser atendida pela Dra. Manoela Fassina, fui surpreendida com valores exorbitantes, totalmente fora do meu orçamento, fui apenas fazer retoques, não trocar minha identidade facial...me despedi e só então, me dei conta de que não me deram nenhum recibo ou Nota Fiscal do valor pago, que eventualmente se configura em "consulta médica", mandei uma mensagem no Whatsapp para a Clínica e inclusive expus minha insatisfação e solicitei a Nota Fiscal que me é de direito, acreditem, até a data de hoje 22/01 não recebi nenhum retorno da Clínica, portanto, vou atrás dos meus direitos por meios legais, pois desconheço fiscalmente essa Lei que isenta o fornecedor de omitir a NF dos serviços prestados. Não recomendo mais a Clínica."
