"Nao tive uma experiência positiva com o atendimento da Clínica. Estive hoje no local, 19/12, em consulta marcada com pouca antecedência e sem muitas dificuldades para conseguir o agendamento. Havia disponibilidade e vontade de "fazer acontecer". Gostei da pró-atividade e realizei o pagamento dos 50% para garantir a consulta na semana seguinte. Chegando la, precisei efetivar o pagamento dos 50% restantes da consulta antes mesmo de ser atendida, o que estranhei. Entendo o conceito de pagamento de 50% adiantados para a reserva do horário, mas não entendo o conceito de pagar 100% do serviço antes mesmo dele ser prestado. Questionei e fui informada de que assim era feito. Aceitei e realizei o pagamento. Após chegar ate o local de forma pontual e aguardar mais de 40 minutos na recepção, fui até a recepcionista e me sinalizaram que ainda precisaria aguardar mais 20 minutos. Informei que não poderia aguardar, pois o atraso traria impacto para os demais compromissos da minha agenda naquele mesmo dia e solicitei a próxima data disponível. Fui informada de que a próxima data disponível seria somente no final de fevereiro. Percebi uma falta de respeito com o meu tempo, em primeiro lugar pelo atraso e em segundo lugar pela falta de preparo no atendimento de um cliente que foi lesado pela empresa. Sei que outras clínicas estao habilitadas para realizar o procedimento, porém escolhi a clínica de São Paulo justamente por entender que seria o local de referência para a aplicação da técnica. Uma pena que nem cheguei nesse estágio, pois ja fui impactada negativamente por todo o processo de atendimento que antecede a consulta em si. Embora talvez a Leger nao tenha essa preocupação, toda empresa que trabalha com serviços deveria entender que esse tipo de conduta afeta o desempenho do negócio, uma vez que coloca em xeque a forma de relacionamento com cliente, ainda no momento de "venda", onde o foco deveria ser justamente a "conquista e encantamento". Não é sobre ter uma clínica com instalações confortáveis, uma arquitetura harmoniosa, um piano (?!) na recepção e um bar. Aqui estamos falando do básico. Me pergunto qual a conduta da empresa no "pós venda", numa tratativa de eventual insatisfação do cliente com os resultados, após o pagamento de valores que não são baratos. Uma pena, realmente. Não retornaria ao local, se não tivesse pago já o valor integral da consulta. E quando retornar, realmente não terei o mesmo entusiasmo e motivação para avançar com o procedimento."
