This place was recommended by our other doctor who had performed other surguries on my wife and on various websites. We can only say that the entire process has been flawless and we'd never imagined such incredible care not even stateside.....We love this city and how it has treated us during various visits.."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. Rude service. The intake staff were dismissive and unprofessional when I asked questions. I have lived in Colombia for five years and I do speak Spanish, but I do not understand all medical terminology. Instead of being patient and helpful, they were rude. Outrageous prices. I was quoted one million pesos for an urgent care visit, when I can have a doctor come to my home within two hours for about 20% of that cost. Excessive wait time. After completing intake, I waited an hour and a half in the lobby and was never seen by a doctor. I can’t accept paying for a service that treats me poorly, overcharges, and then doesn’t even provide the service. Because of this, I left. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. READ THE REVIEWS AND BELIEVE THEM!"

"If you need medical care you should absolutely come here! I was visiting from the U.S. and got sick so I asked the hotel where to go and they directed me to a clinic. Upon reading the reviews they were really bad, especially for foreigners, but several people said to come to Clinic Medellin instead and I am SO glad that I did! It was slightly confusing to find but that is the only downside, once I was there everything was wonderful. It was around 10 am on New Year's Day so I wasn't sure what to expect but everything was fast and efficient, and the staff was incredibly caring, especially the doctor. When you are in a foreign country, don't speak the language, and are sick and scared, having a medical provider that goes out of their way to be kind and put you at ease means the world. I arrived and there was only one other person waiting so I was checked in within a few minutes, they asked for my passport (you MUST bring your passport), and I was able to communicate using Google Translator app to get signed in. She explained what the cost would be (99,100 COP if I just needed to see a doctor, 1,000,000 COP if I ended up needing to be admitted) so I was happy to be put at ease about the costs. Once I was signed in I waited only another few minutes to be called back into the exam room where my vitals were taken by the nurse and then the doctor came in to talk to me. I had used translator to write down my symptoms for her so she read that and then her English was good enough and my Spanish just good enough that we were able to communicate back and forth about my diagnose while she examined me. She came back a few minutes later with a written prescription for several items and explained that there was a pharmacy right outside that would be able to fill it for me. I checked out, paid the 99,100 (~$23USD) fee and was out the door, the whole thing took 15-20 minutes and the pharmacy was literally right outside and all the medicines were only another ~$60USD. Do not hesitate to go here if you ever need care, they really are wonderful. Thank you for helping me in my time of need."
