"Dr. Louis Teulieres truly came through for me when I was sick and stressed while traveling. Him & his office made me feel welcome, cared for, and well enough to catch my flight! His admin was also incredibly kind and helpful, and she gave me all the info I needed to get reimbursed by my insurance. ++ I loved hearing about his time with the CDC in old Atlanta, in the 90s. So grateful for the excellent care!"

"On my second day of vacation, I had a chronic auto immune flare and Dr. Ribeiro came in earlier to the office to see me and assess the situation. For over a week we have been communicating with daily updates and he has advised me virtually if I am not able to go to the clinic. I felt very cared for and that I was in good hands. I am glad I went there - it was an easier experience to assess if the situation was urgent without having to wait for hours at a hospital ER and get a referral to a specialist. I also feel lucky I have found a knowledgeable and patient-focus doctor who took his time to listen to me, examine and to consistently checkin on my progress."

"For tourists or North Americans! For simple & efficient. If you are sick & require asssitance, simply email the secretary on their website and ask for same day appointment. She will assist you! Getting there: it’s on the 9th floor of the building. It may be hard to find at first, but it’s in one of the office rooms. Consultations is around 80-90 euros, but the service is well worth it! Awesome Doctors & team. Also, there’s a pharmacy right next door for all the medications you need! GL"

"This is regarding Dra. Raquel R. I had my appointment at Av. Sidónio Pais 14, 1050-214 Lisboa, CMIL. I had obvious signs that I needed antibiotics, and I had been dealing with the same issue for about a week, which I've had my whole life, and the solution is antibiotics. However, she refused to prescribe them and only gave me antihistamines to ease the symptoms. A week later, after being sick for 14 days, I returned to her and requested antibiotics again, and this time she only provided me with three antibiotic pills. I started feeling better after just one pill, and after taking all three, I'm about 60% better. I asked her for more pills, but she didn't reply. The next doctor I visited took a quick look at my throat and said I had drainage from my sinuses, which definitely calls for antibiotics. It's strange that she wouldn't treat me when the situation was so clear, and I've never heard of antibiotic treatment that stops after just three pills. Not recommended. EDIT AFTER their response: She treated this like it was an allergy symptom, even though I explained that I had walked around in a wet T-shirt for a long time in the cold, and I know exactly what this is, I got the cold. This isn't a case of "your symptoms, while minor, haven't resolved yet." I needed antibiotics, especially since I had a fever of 39° during my first visit. Is this minor? The idea of trying a "less aggressive medication approach first" was pointless. I was only given symptom relievers like orange throat pastilles. On my second visit, I was prescribed just 3 antibiotic pills when it was obvious that the "less aggressive approach" wasn't effective. Later, it was confirmed by a proper doctor (at one look) that I actually needed antibiotics. It was a major mistreatment on her part, and it's rather hard to justify, especially when it happens not just once, but twice on the visits, and not responding to my mails thereafter."

"I called the place this morning and got an appoitment scheduled with Dr Ribeiro for my girlfriend at 17:30 who is very ill. Hours later the receptionist got in contact with us to ask if we could go there earlier since other people cancelled their appoitments and once we replied that we couldn't because even tho she was sick, she was in the middle of a very important class at University but would be there at the scheduled time. And at 16:48 (42 minutes before the appoitment) they got in contact with us informing the Dr Ribeiro woudn't wait for us because "since there are manifestations around the city, he doesnt believe the patient would arrive on time". I mean, how the hell can a doctor predict if the patient will arrive on time (or not) and then cancel the appointment minutes before the time scheduled, with no previous warning and on a FRIDAY. I understand that some of the reviews here are related to people who disagree with the doctors prescriptions or something like that but what happened today was unbeliavable. I just hope this doctor never havea doctor like him in his life."
