"Well, there you have it. The older woman who does injections (a short, dark-haired woman) who treats people terribly (and clearly enjoys and revels in the disrespectful treatment of patients) now not only has to be encountered when you unfortunately need an injection, but also right at the entrance when they're taking your vital signs. It's as if providing bad service is rewarded at this clinic. Otherwise, all the staff—security, reception, doctors, and nurses—are excellent."

"It is free so there is a line which if you plan arrive 15 minutes before opening so you will be amoung the first to be treated."
