"Yesterday I called for a quick consultation after breast tumor surgery, and instead of answering, the amazing Dr. Robles told me to come in because he wanted to see me. I went, he treated me, and they did radiofrequency ablation to speed up my recovery. Unfortunately, I have a lot of experience with medicine, and few doctors give their time, support, and infinite patience with such empathy. The same goes for his entire team. Thank you always."

"I lived near that clinic for almost 20 years. I never heard good things about it. A patient went there for maxillofacial surgery in November 2025 and died due to malpractice. They didn't even provide an anesthesiologist (which he had paid for), and the autopsy revealed numerous internal lacerations from improper intubation, among other things. They say it's still open. DON'T GO THERE. PROTECT YOUR LIFE. And justice for that man."

"My experience was tattoo removal. I had three tattoos removed with them. Highly recommended. No anesthesia because I don't like needles. I was treated by Dr. Naty, who is wonderful and a really good person. I'm aware of the tragedy that happened to the patient with the dentist (may he rest in peace), and I understand he rented an office. My experience at the clinic was positive. I have recommended him, always with success. Two months ago, he performed blepharoplasty on me, with outstanding results. "I flew from the states on recommendation to get a facelift by Dr. Robles. The morning after the surgery another young doctor came into my room to check on me he had been (in training )so he did one side of my face and that side of my face was extremely swollen and the doctor never told me he was bringing in another young doctor for education. They didn’t do a deep plain facelift so after several months I didn’t look as good with sagging skin and I had extreme red scars around my ears. Plus I had what’s called pixie ears. I had to go to board-certified doctor here in the states and have them do a total revision. I do not recommend this doctor or their services"
