"probably one of the poorest customer service i have ever encountered at the reception. we have been gaslit, we have been asked to pay for just stepping into the hospital asking if our insurance covers the hospital. unable to provide help, service, or anything whatsoever. do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, i am sure there are tons of others that will treat you better"

"VERY BAD ACCOUNTANCY DEP. Your payment terminal was dysfunctional when I was helped at the hospital, your colleague told me they would send the invoice by email. Only weeks mater they send a payment link WHICH DOESNT work. They send many automated emails and I replied many times asking their bank details, but no reply. Also not possible to get in touch over the phone or whatsapp with the accounting department. My insurance (ALLIANZ) tried many times to contact them too. No response. In the meantime they keep sending automated emails threatening me. But still dont read my emails."
