"Very disappointed for the Clinica Tambre. Unprofessional and no communication what so ever. After we paid the storage I’m trying to transfer my Embryos in USA to do the IVF, they keep delaying with no reason, and they never get on the phone with us to explain things.. I kept calling them for over a month and they are always busy and they always tell me they will call me back same day… very disappointing, i highly recommend don’t choose Clinica tambre.. I’m really having hard time with them. Once they get paid, they take there time, and they avoid communication. MAY 22-2026 following up and responding to there justification for the first review. They emailed us and told that the Spanish Embassy did not accept the request to transfer our embryos because the reasons are not strong enough to justify the shipping of the embryos to the US. When we gave all the proof of doing it in New York , providing information they requested from us. When we asked them to send us the proofs , they kind of disappeared. This Company for us is completely unreliable. I highly Not recommended."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Tambre Clinic, Dr. Garcia and the entire team. After several years of failed IVF in the U.K., I reviewed many clinics throughout Europe, and we decided on the Tambre clinic. We are celebrating our first Christmas with a beautiful, healthy baby. Dr. Garcia was so kind, and her team is incredible! Not only are we thankful for our child, but Dr. Gatcia’s ability to correctly diagnose my previous silent miscarriages. "We cannot thank Dr Marina Diaz and the amazing patient co-ordinator Lucia enough for their support and guidance over the past year. Although this has not been an easy or straightforward journey, we are finally pregnant with our miracle baby. Our journey began in May 2025, and in January 2026 on our third and final transfer we were blessed to find out this had worked. The team have been there to support us all of the way, and answer any questions (and there has been a lot!). Dr Marina is one of the kindest Drs we could have asked for, she shows compassion, empathy and a real care to ensure you are looked after and have all the answers you need. Lucia is the most incredible patient co-ordinator anyone who is going on this journey could ask for. Nothing is too much, she answered every question we had in a fast, timely manner, and nothing at all has ever been too much. During the highs and the lows on this journey she has been there throughout offering constant support and checking in to see how things are going, and still to this day she continues to check in on how pregnancy is going. We cannot thank you both enough and all of the team at Clinica Tambre"
