"Do not come here for urgent care service. The wait times are unacceptable. Just to get blood and stool samples and have the results interpreted by a doctor took 7.5 hours. 95% of that was spent sitting and waiting. The doctor had also clearly not read my chart, and they did not run two of the tests they were supposed to run so I need to go back to a different clinic again tomorrow. They also never took my temperature, height or weight. I am positive that there is much better service elsewhere in Bogotá and without it becoming a 7 hour ordeal."

"My recent experience at this medical facility was incredibly disappointing. Despite paying for the premium plan, the service was incredibly slow and disorganized, and the communication was almost non-existent. The nurses and security staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, making the already stressful situation even worse. We had to ask multiple times for updates on the patient's health status, and even then, we were met with angry faces and a lack of information. It took hours before we were given a decent status update, which was an awful experience. I hope that this facility can improve their customer service and communication skills to better serve their patients in the future."

"Terrible guest visitor parking experience, what a hell. The attendants who directed us down at first and then said it was full! We had to go back up with difficulty, 20 minutes. Waste of time in the wrong parking lot."
