"I travelled from London UK to have my 24 year old breast implants removed and have a breast uplift. I did not feel reassured by surgeons I had met in UK so after recommendation and much research I had my surgery in Zetta Clinic Bucherest Romania with Dr Alina Mitcan and I'm so glad i did because she has done an amazing job. I was worried of scaring on my brown skin but I have no complaints, my scars are healing very well. Dr Mitcan explains everything from start to finish so you feel at ease. Her assistant Melina who helped with arranging everything is a star . The clinic is very clean and staff are attentive, friendly and take there time. I would totally recommend Dr Alina Mitcan . 😊"

"I want to thank all the staff at Hospital Zetta for their service. I had boob augmentation with Dr. Ina Petrescu. Everything was so smooth, they have arrange for me everything in such a short period of time and accomodated me even if I planned the surgery just the week before esentially. They even helped me with an appointment to get ultrasounds for my boobs which they dont provide within a day, as did not know anyone in Bucharest and couldnt find an appointment in such a short period notice. I cant remember unfortunately the names of the staff, as there was so many of them , but I absolutely recommend the hospital/clinic, as all the staff were amazing. The post op surgery care and follow ip appointments. The dr is also part of the ISAPS members (thats how i find it) so you know for sure you get high quality of service and latest technology. The price is 10000% worth it. Thank you everyone there ❤️ and thank you Dr Ina for making such a difference and being the reason for my boost of confidence!"

"I am writing this review 3 months after the procedure and there are 3 things I would like to point out. • 5 stars for Dr. Dragos Zamfirescu and for the outcome of the intervention. I am happy with it and how well he explained the procedure and the risks involved. He also described how the end result would look like and it turned out to be pretty accurate. • 5 stars for the clinic, equipment,medical personnel and the after care. Spent a night there, had a room for myself which was very clean and quiet. The food was good enough and most of the time there is parking available on the street. • 2 stars for the personnel at the reception which is handling all the bookings. They really need to step up their game, improve their attitude towards customers and be more organised and consistent. They are behaving like they are doing patients a favour by dealing with them. They messed up my appointment on two different occasions. This kind of attitude is unacceptable at a private practice especially when they charge a premium. Overall, it was a pretty good experience."

"I underwent an aesthetic procedure with Dr. Elena Martin. From the minute I stepped into the clinic I felt special and well taken care of. The staff was kind and polite throughout the day. I had my very own single suite which was quite pleasant and a nice surprise. A special thank you to nurse Ivan Alina. She was particularly fabulous. Overall, a great experience!"

"Very disappointed. Total waste of money and time. Dr. Zamfirescu’s attitude is beyond expectation. Passive aggressive type. I just wanted an opinion and not advice and if I read contracts from other clinics where I had a surgery. Very disappointing! His overall attitude made me write this review. I went to other doctors in my life with various issues and even if they couldn’t help, their altitude was the key."
