"DO NOT GO if you are a foreigner even if your insurance tells you so. They only interested in keeping you there to pile up your bill. Don’t leave your passport at reception - read the lowest grade reviews to understand why. A doctor and a nurse lied to our face saying the patient had to spend the night otherwise our insurance wouldn’t pay and it would be billed to us - this was without even doing any tests. The insurance was in contact with us the whole time telling us this was a lie and everything was covered. How do you trust a medical professional who acts this way, trying to create an unnecessary hospitalization for money? Make sure you know all of the terms of your insurance because they will try to make you pay everything. In addition, the nurse who collected blood from the patient didn’t wear gloves, which is unacceptable. We were informed very vague things about the situation and never got any test results back. We were only able to leave the hospital because three Moroccan men (touristic guides) went there to help us and the insurance company kept track of everything that was going on. The local men were all very sorry about this and told us that we were indeed being scammed by a hospital (!). Beware, we were able to leave after a few hours without nothing relevant done and still the bill was well over US$1.000 dollars (which was the insurance limit for a consultation; they created a immense bill much more expensive than that, and it had to be reevaluated by the insurance company). We were never able to get a dossier, the receipt, the discrimination of the procedures with the prices, not even the test results - absolutely nothing."

"An extremely competent and attentive doctor. I went to this establishment for a health problem that was of great concern to me. The doctor took all the time necessary to analyze my symptoms and make an accurate diagnosis. He/she was able to explain the situation clearly and offered several treatment options, explaining the benefits and risks of each. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism of the doctor, which allowed me to make an informed decision regarding my health."

The entire process was smooth and efficient—we were in and out in about an hour and a half, which felt very reasonable given the level of care we received.
