Ngl (They are like a vulture capitalisit who scavenges off distressed patients for profit and let you in an infinite loop with postponed/cancelled rendez-vous (they're kind of milk that cow), although I paid half of the total cost upfront 17500,00dh and waited eagerly for my treatment to begin. However, they haven't even started my treatment yet! Can you believe it?!) It has been several years since I filled out the folder for the treatment... Thank you. You left me in a "Clueless Crossword Clue". Which sounds like a complete nightmare! It's a shame that I had to go through that kind of experience... my scheduled appointments were canceled back-to-back-to-back without any valid explanation or apology.(while I was on my way to the clinic) & I had to go through the hassle of paying for a treatment that I never received... and left to bear the financial burden of your clinic's negligence, which caused me a great deal of health issues... It was a complete waste of my time and left me with a sense of frustration and disappointment... & I don't like the way that you handle things "sir 7ta n3yto lik" "rendez-vous annulé", it seems weird like a candidate submitting a resume to get a job or kind of... almost like a formal job application rather than a healthcare service. So I have decided to seek dental services elsewhere. Here you are my conclusion: Guarantee: 0/10 Etiquette: 2/10 Customer service response rate: 2/10 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Waste of time: 10/10 Poor time Management: 10/10 Discrimination based on race/ethnicity : 10/10 I respectfully suggest that a code for discrimination be implemented at the receptionist's entry... They had the nerve to make me wait forever for a refund that never even came through! They didn't even apologize for their mistake. I mean, what kind of bogus dental service is that? I cannot believe the audacity of this clinic to treat their customers with such utter contempt and disregard. I was waitin' for my refund, and they never gave me my dough back! On top of that, their service was subpar, and it ended up causin' damage to my health. I even felt shame and depressed after my visit. I urge anyone considering using this service to stay away and find a reputable provider."
