"My wife came down with a case of pneumonia that was running away and it was necessary that she be hospitalized. This is a small clinique/hospital by American standards, but the service and medical expertise was top notch. I was able to stay with my wife 24/7 and we were greatly assisted by Ayoub, a manager who helped us rearrange our return flights, manage insurance issues and provide general support. The primary doctor was a woman who speaks flawless American English and has a great bedside manner, not to mention high competence as a doctor. All personnel were very friendly. First world service, for sure. We are very grateful to all in this small hospital."

"I just wanted to say a massive thank you for your help when our son was injured and needed stitches on new years eve. We were seen quickly, a top plastic surgeon was called and fixed our son up in the morning and the hospitality we were shown was amazing - the staff brought us breakfast and lunch, checked in that we were ok, and were extremely helpful despite the language barrier. They reassured us at all times and kept us updated. A special mention to Ayoub Jouhari for going the extra mile and helping us navigate the insurance, taking us to the chemist, translating information for us and keeping us calm. He was a calming influence and we really appreciated his help. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he even sat with me whilst my son was being stitched up and kept me talking to keep me calm. Thank you for all that you did, we are now back in England and our doctors said the plastic surgeon did an amazing job, and our son is recovering well. Thank you again for all your help."
