"Aside from my experience at the reception, everything was outstanding. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s attitude was highly unprofessional, with a tone and manner that felt completely inappropriate for a customer-facing role. That said, the rest of the staff were exceptional—the nurses, cleaning team, and operating room staff were all incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Their dedication and care truly made a difference. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and hope management takes steps to ensure the reception service aligns with the high standards set by the rest of the team"

"My experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. My mother underwent surgery there, and from the very beginning, everything was disorganized and unprofessional. The reception staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, providing little to no guidance especially for people visiting for the first time who are unfamiliar with their procedures. There was no proper system in place to ensure the comfort of patients or their families. It felt like they were prioritizing quantity over quality, accepting a large number of patients without having the necessary equipment, staff, or services to support them. Despite paying all required fees, we were not given the care or attention we deserved. Patients and their families should feel supported, especially in medical situations, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this clinic based on our experience."

"I have been admitted 3 times to clinic Ghandi and I noticed there is a need to dogitilize the system to get easily to patients documents. This will allow to save time for everyon and secure information and safety for the patients. I gave 5 stars only for the lady named Fatima Zahraa at the facturation services who took care of my case and solved documents issue. If needed I can help the clinic to centralize and digitizing the patients information system."
