"Hello I wish to express my profound dissatisfaction with the quality of service during my visit to your clinic. Immediately after my surgery, instead of receiving peace and quiet and proper care, I was disturbed repeatedly. Staff members came up to my room four times solely to demand payment, even though I was allowed to stay until 6:00 PM. I finally left the clinic at 5:00 PM due to this relentless pressure. I have never experienced such a situation in a healthcare facility. Instead of ensuring my well-being after the procedure, I was subjected to unnecessary pressure, which caused me a terrible migraine. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please review the behavior and training of your staff. It is normal to request payment, but it must be done professionally and with respect for the patient. Without improvement, you risk losing a great deal. Personally, I'll never come back 👎 Regards"

"Super long waiting time. No specialists on site, they have to call them. Nurses is a hit and miss. The first one was knowledgeable and professional, the second one was catastrophic. Doctors bed side manners are great, but I had to come back because the firstGet ready for a big bill by Moroccan standards, especially if you mention you have insurance. Reception are kind once they warm up to you, on first contact they were fairly distant and not welcoming. Some of the staff speaks English, both doctors I saw did too. Obviously French and Arabic too. When taking a cab, make sure to mention "clinic not hospital", as there's a hospital with the same name in the same block or so. There's a pharmacy at the junction where the hospital main entrance is (you can't the junction it's a huge empty space or crossroads). There's also a couple of para-pharmacies nearby that sell cast covers, crutches, and that type of stuff."

"I went to this clinic with a broken elbow. The staff quickly took radiology and put on a cast. The doctor changed my arm's position from open palm to side palm, claiming it was fine. Two months later, after removing the cast and starting movement therapy, my elbow remained stuck at 90 degrees. Further radiology revealed it healed sideways, with a bone sticking out that prevented bending. I was shocked and devastated by the mismanagement and wasted time. I strongly advise against this clinic."
