"If there were an option to give less than one star, I would. I came with my father for a surgery recommended by his doctor. Unfortunately, this place seems to care more about money than patients. The way patients are treated is unacceptable and lacks basic human respect. My father, who is diabetic, was asked to fast from 8:00 AM and his surgery was delayed until 6:00 PM. Making a diabetic patient wait all day without food is simply unacceptable. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience for our family."

"My experience with this clinic was not satisfactory. The waiting time was very long, and the level of care did not meet my expectations. The staff’s attitude was not good, and there was only one nurse handling many patients, which affected the quality of care. I hope they will improve their services in the future."

"I had a heart attack while on holiday needed a stent fitted from beginning to end the service and care i received was excellent the private rooms are very clean and tidy nurse's go above and beyond to help you when ever needed they never have a frown on there faces always helpful and smiling. The cardiologist who performed my surgery Dr Bakrim Amarir was very knowledgeable and a top gentleman explained the procedure as he was going along and showing me on the screen what was happening cannot say enough the whole team were fantastic."

We really felt we were taken really good care from start to finish. He and the rest of the team were very diligent at all times. His English was great, which facilitated the whole process and he was also very clear in all his explanations. We'll always be grateful to him and the rest of the team."
