"One of the worst experiences I’ve ever been through was accompanying my wife to what is known as “Clinique de l’Aéroport.” Five days filled with stress and frustration — not due to the medical condition itself, but because of the administrative chaos and poor treatment from several staff members. While there were a few exceptions, most of those I dealt with lacked even the most basic standards of professional ethics. The ordeal began with the very first mistake: the doctor overseeing my wife’s delivery recommended this clinic and assured me that she would submit the request for treatment coverage directly to the clinic, as is standard procedure. Unfortunately, no such request was ever submitted. I was shocked to discover later that it wasn’t even in the system, which forced me to submit it myself to the CNSS (National Social Security Fund). Once the request was approved by CNSS, the clinic’s administration denied having received any notification of coverage approval and refused to activate the coverage. They only acknowledged it after I went there personally and presented them with the official approval documents, hoping to recover the deposit I had paid in advance. Yet even after that, the delays continued this time with the excuse of a “system outage” and an inability to access the coverage platform, which seemed to me like nothing more than an unprofessional and irresponsible excuse. This entire experience raises serious questions about how this institution is managed and highlights a clear lack of oversight and accountability especially when patients or their companions are left to suffer due to avoidable administrative errors."
"I am a traveler from Canada and I broke my foot in Imlil. Our riad recommended going to this hospital and it was honestly a great experience! We were whisked in to see the doctor almost right away and didn’t have to wait, and then went straight to xray and casting. We were in and out very quickly! The doctor spoke English and French and considered the fact that I would be flying again soon and also gave us local recommendations for where to get mobility aids etc. Thank you for your care!"
"Had the misfortune of getting food poisoning while vacationing in Marrakech and had to go to this hospital. Now i need a document for my insurance and i've been trying to contact the hospital for weeks now, through email and phone and they don't answer any of it. Their service with the patients isn't too bad, but we waited hours for the doctor to give us the results of the tests and in the end they sent a nurse that barely spoke English to us."
"I strongly advise against this hospital in Marrakesh. My father suffered a stroke and was left without proper medical attention for many hours. Despite the urgency of his condition, the staff showed a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Their focus seemed to be more on collecting money than providing care. The communication was misleading, and the overall attitude dishonest. Such treatment is unacceptable, especially in a medical facility. Absolutely not recommended — especially if you are expecting urgent, honest, and professional help."
"Super good experience! I suffered a very bad lung airway and throat infection. By the point of reaching the hospital I was almost fainting due to dehydration and malnourishment because I was vomiting 2 days straight and tore my voice cords and couldn’t even speak. They provided with the needed care, and also gave us english documents for insurance back home. They were super gentle and caring and explained me why I had the condition and how to treat it. Super happy! Thank you doctor Morad!"
