Clinique Plaza Marrakech

"I gave this health facility clinic 5 stars because we just had an excellent experience with them. My elderly mom had an emergency last night that we had to act fast on. I literally just googled clinics and this one came up so I dialed it. I quickly realized that the person on the other line was extremely professional and nimble. They spoke with compassion and assured me about sending me an ambulance ASAP. Sure enough about three minutes later I get a call from the ambulance staff to confirm my address and they were very transparent about their location and how long it would take them to get to me. They showed compassion and a sense of urgency. They gave me an ETA of twenty five minutes because they were in the suburbs but assured me they would do their best to beat that and so they did. They arrived prepared and made us feel comfortable. They handled my mom with care to carry her into the ambulance. My sister and I accompanied them while my other family members followed in their cars. The driving was reasonably fast and safe. He cared about the A/C temperature and made sure we were comfortable. He also had the Dr call me. Dr Khalid was a seasoned professional. He called to let me know that he will be in charge and is awaiting our arrival. He asked about the symptoms and assured me he will take charge. Upon arriving, the staff was extremely professional and kind. The clinic was clean and convenient. They immediately got my mom into a room with the doctor and nurses meeting us at the front door. I really felt reassured that we are getting proper attention. They moved quickly to action and gave me the right vibe that they are mobilized to do their best. The receptionist was courteous and we filled up her information while she was already getting the first aid. At that point the doctor kindly kept giving us status updates and was talking to us not at us. Very humble knowledgeable compassionate and professional. The nurse Younès was super amazing. He was acting as if that was his own relative. The level of care they showed to my mom was beyond heartwarming. It really helped keeping our anxiety down. They have comfortable chairs in the lobby and even let me do my prayer in a vacant room which was definitely a kind gesture. Everyone was kind from receptionists to nurses to the doctor to the cleaning lady to the door men to the ambulance staff. I took the time to write this long note because I want credit to be given where it belongs. For clarification we were in ER which is emergency room. I saw some negative comments in reviews but I am glad I didn’t go by those. I know there are several departments out there, but our experience in ER was extremely positive and I appreciate how communicative they were. The doctor and nurses answered our questions and took care of every detail. My mom got the care she needed but for extra precaution we asked to have her spend the night there with supervision in case. They didn’t try to make her stay for money like some reviews claimed. In the opposite we felt that their prices were reasonable and were ready to discharge her but we asked for a room just for our peace of mind. The room was spacious clean and comfortable for my sister to spend the night with her. Nurse Younès was beyond helpful and today which is the next day, my mom is back home recovering. When a loved one experiences a health complication, you really put all your trust and hope on doctors and nurses and in this case, clinique Plaza proved worthy of that. Thank you so very much. I am proud and grateful that we have this level of care in Morocco. Thank you! PS I edited to add one more detail. My sister just informed me that they were served breakfast in the morning at the suite and that yesterday one lamp in the bathroom was blinking and Younès had it immediately replaced and checked if they have enough blankets and if everything is clean and to their likings. They turned a stressful night for us into a safe and reassuring one. Thanks a million. The cost of extremely appropriate too."

"Clinique Plaza has an absolutely incredible team from the doctors and nurses to receptionists and cleaners. My dad received some of the best medical care we’ve ever experienced. After fracturing his femur, he received surgery within 24 hours and had physio everyday after the surgery for the 2 week stay. The hospital suite was fully equipped to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Friendly and attentive nurses made it so much easier. We just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"My father stayed here for five days after prostate surgery. Despite repeated requests, the doctor never checked on him post-surgery, even though he was in constant pain and bleeding. We were repeatedly told the doctor would come, but he never did — which was very concerning. Most of the nurses were caring and helpful, but one nurse (a young woman with grayish contact lenses) was rude and dismissive to both my father and our family. She made an already stressful situation worse. We expected more accountability and compassion from the medical team."
